Bayanus G995 wine yeast - portion for 25 - 50 liters of wine.

Before adding to the setting, yeast must be activated in 100 ml of warm, approx. 30 degrees C water with a pinch of sugar.



Stir and let stand for 20 minutes. After this time, add to wine.

Alcohol tolerance up to 16%, optimal fermentation temperature 20-25 degrees C.
