Shipments and returns
Your parcel shipment is usually sent by courier Inpost or Polish Post Office, you can also pick up the package in person after paying for it and agreeing on the date of receipt.

Packages are usually sent within 2 days after receiving the payment and sent via courier with tracking and unsigned capability. If you prefer to be delivered by another courier with the required signature, additional fees will be charged, so please contact us before choosing this method. Regardless of the choice of shipping, we will provide you with an online tracking link.

The shipping charges include handling charges and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Service fees are fixed, and freight charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group products in one order. We can not group two separate orders submitted separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but be especially careful to protect fragile items.
