Instruction: Dissolve 8 kg of sugar in hot water, pour into a fermenter and fill with cold water to a volume of 25 liters. To the setting at 22-25o C, pour the entire contents of the yeast pouch and mix well.
Composition: yeast, nutrient, vitamins and microelements. Net weight 150g.
Fermentation is turbulent. Do not use fermentation tubes or corks.
