The coolers are best placed in the distiller head or approx. 20 cm from the top in the rectification column. The fumes in the head are regulated by a 1/2 inch valve. We have valves on our auctions. It is best to use a valve with full bore.

The radiator is designed to cool the distillate, it allows us to accurately measure the alcohol concentration in the distillate.
